Swords glistened, hints of red
Brains numbed, words unsaid
Identity extinguished, bodies charred
Skin deep and more, all that's scarred

Iron-wrought, mangled; bloody stained
Concrete turned rubble, exposing bare frame
Structure remains - shaken, yet resolute
Painted in shame. Vengeful. Mute.

Life's plucked out, umbilicals butchered
New beginnings nipped, before they occured
Sanguine ghoonghats tell violent story
Of mindless assault - forced; gory.

From tall bamboos wound in stringed marigold
Loudspeakers blare, the dogma unfolds -
"You are superior, the rest you maim"
And you thought it began with a burning train?
